Linda Charman
Broker
Linda began her real estate career in 1973, and became a broker in 1984. She earned her MBA from Pepperdine University in 1988. After many years in business management, she returned to Santa Cruz in 1995 and became co-owner, broker, and manager for Vanguard Realtors, a boutique Santa Cruz real estate firm. Linda bought the company in 2007, and spent the next decade and a half mentoring and assisting both experienced and new agents, along with her core interest — helping buyers find their new homes, and helping sellers find the right buyer.
